Hospital Special Security Force (SSF) – Key Responsibilities

Patrol hospital grounds to ensure the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property.
Monitor access points, verify IDs, and manage visitor/vendor entry.
Respond to emergencies, including medical events, fire alarms, and security threats; coordinate with police/fire as needed.
De-escalate conflicts and manage disruptive behavior with professionalism and empathy.
Assist clinical staff with high-risk patients and help with safe patient transfers or clinical restraints when required.
Document incidents clearly and accurately for follow-up or investigation.
Enforce hospital policies, parking rules, and safety/infection-control procedures.
Work closely with external law enforcement and EMS during critical events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
