Job Description

We are seeking a highly disciplined, proactive, and vigilant Security Officer with a military/defence background to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their tactical expertise to enforce security protocols, mitigate risks, and respond effectively to emergencies. This role demands leadership, situational awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Surveillance & Patrol: Conduct regular monitoring of premises via CCTV and physical patrols to deter and detect security threats.
Access Control: Enforce strict entry/exit protocols, verifying credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
Incident Response: Take immediate action during security breaches, emergencies, or threats, following SOPs.
Risk Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
Crisis Management: Lead emergency drills (fire, evacuation, lockdown) and coordinate with law enforcement if required.
Team Supervision: Train and mentor security personnel in defence tactics, vigilance, and protocol adherence.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and suspicious behaviour.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry security standards.
