Security Officer, 5 to 10 yrs exp, North Goa

Incharge of Security Operations at the mine.

To ensure the safety and security of the mine site, employees, visitors, and company assets by monitoring, preventing, and responding to security risks, in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required. Work with internal safety, HR, and operations teams for smooth functioning. Support training programs on security awareness for employees.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10+2 / Diploma (security training or ex-servicemen preferred).
• Prior experience in industrial / mining security is desirable.
• Knowledge of access control, patrolling, emergency response, and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills (local language + basic English/Hindi preferred).
• Physically fit, disciplined, and alert at all times.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 10 years (Preferred)
• Security: 7 years (Preferred)
