Role Overview: As a Security Guard at Swastik Security in Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel. Your main duties will involve monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, inspecting buildings and access points, responding to alarms, documenting incidents, and enforcing rules and regulations to maintain order. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or illegal entry - Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security is maintained - Respond promptly to alarms and distress calls to address security breaches - Document incidents by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities - Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property - Interact with visitors, employees, and the general public to provide assistance and information - Report any security issues, hazards, or violations to the appropriate authorities - Maintain a high level of vigilance and alertness to ensure the safety of the premises and personnel Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities - Knowledge and skills in physical security and personnel security - Previous experience in private security is preferred - Ability to remain calm and handle emergencies efficiently - Excellent observational skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a security role is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - Relevant certifications in security and safety training would be beneficial,
