Security Guards

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. You will be responsible for maintaining vigilance, enforcing security protocols, and preventing unauthorized access or incidents. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials at the gate. Conducting physical checks and maintaining proper logbooks/registers for visitors, vehicles, and material movement. Ensuring the proper functioning of CCTV, fire alarms, and other security equipment. Regularly patrolling the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, fire hazards, or any suspicious activity. Reporting and responding to emergencies, alarms, or incidents promptly. Assisting in implementing and enforcing company security policies and procedures. Maintaining discipline, order, and decorum at the premises. Supporting during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or medical situations by following safety protocols. Checking employees and workers at the time of exit to avoid theft or unauthorized material movement. Coordinating with police or external security agencies if required. Preparing daily security reports and submitting them to the Security Supervisor/Admin Head. The requirements for this position include a minimum qualification of 10th / 12th pass, with prior experience as a Security Guard in a manufacturing/industrial setup being preferred. Knowledge of basic security & safety practices is essential. You should be physically fit, alert, and disciplined, with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly. Good communication and observation skills are also important. The work conditions for this role will involve shift duties, including night shifts and weekends as per the company schedule. You may be stationed at the gate, control room, or patrolling as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
