Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and property. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling assigned areas, and responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Access Control:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
• Check employee ID cards and ensure proper authorization for entry.

2. Surveillance & Patrolling:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises (inside and outside areas).
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• Ensure all gates, doors, and windows are properly secured after duty hours.

3. Safety & Incident Response:

• Report security breaches, fire hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.
• Respond quickly to alarms or emergencies.
• Assist during fire drills and emergency evacuation.

4. Asset Protection:

• Prevent unauthorized removal of company property or materials.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods as per gate pass authorization.
• Ensure company vehicles are parked properly and safely.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily security logbook (duty time, incidents, visitor records, etc.).
• Hand over proper duty details to the next shift guard.
• Report any maintenance issues (lights, gates, fencing, etc.) to administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
