**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a housekeeper, your primary responsibilities will include daily cleaning of floors, furniture, and surfaces such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting. You will also be responsible for washroom cleaning and sanitation, waste segregation and disposal, as well as glass/window cleaning. It is important to report any damages, repairs, or unusual conditions to your supervisor promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and authorize entry/exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles - Maintain entry logs/registers accurately - Patrol assigned premises regularly including buildings, gates, and parking areas - Prevent unauthorized access and ensure property safety - Respond to alarms or disturbances and inform authorities if needed - Assist during emergencies like fire, medical, or theft incidents Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in housekeeping or security guard work preferred - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively **Please note that this job is full-time and permanent with the option of day shift or night shift.
