Job Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Fresher/Entry-Level) to oversee day-to-day operations at our waste management plant. Candidates with basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to communicate in Hindi will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Assist in supervising plant operations including waste segregation, equipment handling, and general facility management. Monitor basic electrical systems, machinery startup/shutdown, and report malfunctions. Support the senior supervisor/maintenance team in inspecting MRF equipment like conveyors, motors, and compactors. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the plant area and assist workers in following safety protocols. Maintain basic logbooks and report daily activities to the site in-charge. Coordinate with workers and ensure timely task execution. Communicate with Hindi-speaking laborers and contractors effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile: ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) Freshers welcome. Basic understanding of electrical components like motors, panels, switches, and wiring. Responsible for entire EHS in the Unit of Amneal Oncology Private Limited and supported by the other staff. Reporting and co-ordination with Unit Management, operation and maintenance of treatment / control equipment, delegation of day to day duties to the staff of EHS wing, liaison and correspondence with regulatory agencies and timely submission of data, reports, etc. to related Government and Regulatory Agencies, CETP, TSDF, monitoring and analysis including third party assessment, procurement of new equipment / instruments, preparation of documents and data-base, imparting training and identification of external training needs. Prepare and implement EHS specific SOP s as per site condition. Operation of ETP facilities without any major breakdowns. Hazardous Waste segregation, collection and disposal. Bio-Medical Waste Segregation, collection and disposal. To form Emergency Rescue Team (ERT) and provide training on Fire Fighting with Fire Extinguishers regularly as per Factory Act, 1948. To form First Aid Team members and organize External training by external agency as per Factory Act, 1948. Implementation Work Permit system and Responsible for issuance of work permit, checking appropriate PPEs & filling record. Responsible for timely submission of legal submission of legal/regulatory documents viz Environmental Audit Statement (Form-V), Returns for filing Hazardous Waste (Form - IV), Monthly Reports, etc. Responsible for filling logbooks related as per cGMP norms related to EHS. Role Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable Solid Waste Management Specialist to develop an integrated waste management strategy for a state-of-the-art Multimodal Transport Hub in Greater Noida. This includes planning for collection, segregation, storage, treatment, and disposal of solid waste generated during both construction and operation phases. Key Responsibilities: Design a sustainable and scalable waste management plan for the transport hub. Assess projected waste volumes from passenger movement, commercial spaces, and transport operations. Plan infrastructure for waste segregation, storage, collection routes, and transfer stations. Recommend technologies for waste treatment (e.g., composting, waste-to-energy, MRFs). Ensure compliance with local and national waste management rules (SWM Rules, 2016). Work with architects and engineers to integrate waste management systems into design. Support procurement of waste management equipment and service providers. Monitor environmental impact and support related reporting and audits. Qualications: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or Urban Planning with specialization in SWM. 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in large urban infrastructure or public transport projects. Familiarity with SWM Rules 2016, CPHEEO manuals, and applicable environmental regulations. Experience in preparing DPRs, EIA documents, and O&M plans for SWM systems. Preferred: Experience in smart city projects, transport hubs, or industrial areas. Knowledge of circular economy principles and sustainability certifications (e.g., IGBC, GRIHA).
