Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to Pickleball courts and premises.
Open and close the facility on time as per booking schedule.
Maintain a visitor entry logbook and allow only authorized individuals.
Assist in court lighting and basic maintenance supervision.
Handle any emergency situations or unusual behavior from visitors calmly.
Provide night or late evening security when courts are operational late (till midnight).
Ensure no damage is done to property, lights, nets, or fences.
Safeguard Scan-to-Pay boards, water bottles, and other assets placed at the venue.
Report any issues (electrical, plumbing, trespassing) immediately to the owner.

Requirements:

Prior experience in security/watchman work preferred (sports center/turf/gym).
Must be reliable, punctual, and honest.
Ability to stay alert during night hours (if on night shift).
Physically fit to stand/walk during shift.
Basic knowledge of reading/writing in Tamil or English.
Willingness to work in outdoor environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
