Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Security Guard at AEON SECURITY SERVICE, located in Rajarhat, West Bengal. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and their property. Daily responsibilities include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting routine patrols, managing access control, responding promptly to incidents, and ensuring the enforcement of security protocols. Additional duties may involve providing excellent customer service and assisting visitors while maintaining vigilance at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients and visitors.
• Knowledge and expertise in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Ability to stay alert, maintain composure under pressure, and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Experience in a security role or a related field is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of security systems and equipment operation is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
