Security Executive-Trainee

As a Security Officer in our company, your role involves providing security and asset protection for the property, personnel, material, and information within your assigned duty area. You will work alongside a team of company officers and outsourced staff under the supervision of your Manager. Through on-the-job training, you will learn and execute tasks as guided by your managers. - Responsible for access control of men, material, information, and vehicles - Check and ensure access control and property protection in the assigned area - Monitor the validation of incoming/outgoing vehicles, personnel, and material - Keep track of material transitions to and from other areas - Conduct random checks using metal detectors, mirror trolleys, and other security gadgets - Monitor and verify material gate passes with authorized signatures - Ensure smooth and incident-free traffic movement within the company premises - Update and plan strategic initiatives for the improvement of the Access Control System - Ensure the security of critical infrastructure - Safeguard office and company assets - Monitor security operations according to established processes and procedures - Handle deviations effectively - Ensure the availability and maintenance of security infrastructure, gadgets, and automation - Maintain situational awareness and respond to special intelligence inputs to adjust security levels - Develop a reliable internal and external security intelligence support network for asset protection - Conduct security awareness programs for employees and contract workers - Facilitate daily security toolbox talks for workmen Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline - NCC "C" Certificate Experience: - 0 to 2 years of experience Additional Details: - Skills and competencies as per the training program provided during the Academy and On-the-Job Training,
