Responsible for ensuring the physical security and safety of all shipments in the branch / various facilities under the region wherever assigned.

Responsible for ensuring physical security and safety of all shipments in the region wherever assigned / various facilities (Service Centers, Areas etc.) under the region.Conduct Investigation cases related to loss, damage, pilferages, and theft of shipments and misuse of credit cards in the Region.Responsible for regular updation of SHIELD (online security module) and timely closure of investigation cases related to the region in the system.Responsible for making safety provisions of high value shipments in the branch through physical hand-over and take-over, sending pre-alerts, monitoring shipments in transit, educating customers on packaging etc. as per defined procedure.
