Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Security Engineer. The Security Engineer will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information. Their day-to-day tasks will include conducting security assessments, developing security strategies, and handling security incidents. The role also involves staying updated with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Application Security, Network Security, and Cybersecurity skills
• Experience in Security Engineering and Information Security
• Proficient in conducting security assessments and developing security strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to explain complex security measures in simple terms
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus
