To be successful in this role, you must possess formal training or certification on software engineering concepts along with a minimum of 2 years of applied experience. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability is essential. Proficiency in coding in Java, Spring-boot, and Microservices is a must.
