Must have skills : Security Solution Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years regular educational qualifications "**Job Title:Cloud Developer Team Lead****Role Description:**As a Cloud Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers (5/6) in the creation and implementation of automations for cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient and secure solutions using AWS Lambda functions, Azure Automation runbooks, Azure Policies, and AWS Service Control Policies. In addition to technical expertise, you will collaborate with various teams including support, information security, and globally distributed teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of cloud automation initiatives.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of cloud developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members to foster growth and development.2. **Automation Development:** Drive the design and development of automation scripts, functions, and policies to optimize cloud resources and enhance security posture. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for cloud automation.3. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with support teams, information security specialists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, address challenges, and coordinate implementation of automation solutions. Act as a liaison between development team and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.4. **Technical Expertise:** Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in Node.js (JavaScript) and PowerShell scripting languages. Possess hands-on experience configuring various services in AWS and Azure, and managing GIT repositories for version control.5. **Cloud Infrastructure Management:** Utilize Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently. Implement automation workflows to streamline deployment and configuration processes.6. **People Management (Desired):** Provide leadership in people management practices including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Foster a positive team culture and promote collaboration and innovation.7. **Global Team Collaboration (Desired):** Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment of goals, processes, and communication channels. Manage cultural differences and leverage diversity to drive creativity and productivity.**Requirements:** Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Strong proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript) and PowerShell scripting languages. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience configuring services in AWS and Azure. Experience working with GIT repositories for version control. Expertise in cloud automation principles and best practices. Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools is desirable. Experience in people management practices is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and globally distributed teams.
