15 years full time educationSummary: The OT/ICS Security Consultant will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing cybersecurity controls across industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments. This role requires strong knowledge of industrial networks, control systems, and cybersecurity standards applicable to manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, and other critical infrastructure sectors. Roles & Responsibilities: -Perform OT/ICS cybersecurity assessments, gap analysis, and maturity evaluations. -Provide expert advisory on securing SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, and other industrial systems. -Develop OT security architecture, segmentation strategy, and security enhancement roadmaps. -Conduct risk assessments for critical assets and operational processes. -Implement security controls, policies, and procedures in OT environments. -Support deployment and tuning of OT security tools (NDR, anomaly detection, asset discovery). -Assist in designing secure network topologies for industrial networks (ISA/IEC 62443 zones & conduits). -Collaborate with plant engineers and OEM vendors during solution deployments. -Support OT cyber incident response investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities. -Develop and enhance OT-specific detection rules and monitoring use cases. -Integrate OT systems with SIEM, NDR, and threat intelligence platforms. -Align OT security programs with standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27019. -Prepare architectural diagrams, assessment reports, design documents, and SOPs. -Conduct security awareness sessions for OT engineers and plant operators. -Work closely with cross-functional teamsoperations, engineering, IT security, and OEM suppliers. -Engage with customer leadership to present findings, risks, and remediation plans. -Participate in workshops, presentations, and technical discussions with clients. Professional & Technical Skills: -Strong understanding of OT/ICS systems: SCADA, PLC, DCS, RTU, HMI, historian, field devices. -Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, MQTT, etc. -Familiarity with OT network segmentation, firewalls, DMZ design, and secure remote access. -Experience working with Claroty Tool. -Sound knowledge of ICS threat landscape, vulnerabilities, and attack scenarios. -Understanding of ITOT convergence challenges and integration pathways. -Vendor certifications for OT security tools (Claroty) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
