Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting the implementation of cloud security controls, and overseeing the transition to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in strategic discussions to align security measures with organizational objectives, ensuring a robust security posture in the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of cloud security practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve the cloud security framework to adapt to emerging threats. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security architectures for cloud environments. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations related to cloud security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
