Summary:As a Security Delivery Practitioner (IAM Operations lead), you will be leading IAM operations using Sailpoint IIQ Tool and OIM Tool to ensure timely Incident resolution and SLA management. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into the organization's systems. Your role will also include providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise in security practices, ensuring that the organization maintains a robust security posture throughout its operations.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesIAM L2 operations management for Incident resolution and SLA management Notify Critical & High incidents that impact client services and determine the course of action to restore services Ensure all Critical & High incidents are resolved within SLA and timely communicated along with required documentation Drive incident management processes and provide weekly reporting to management Address end-users' complaints and problem resolution Facilitate incident or problem root cause investigations Coordinate/liaise with other teams - infrastructure, IS Helpdesk, etc. Review, revise, and refine IAM operations procedures, and other documented processes regularly. Create / Update Procedures in line with new developments Coordination and communication in release management Delivering required information when audits are performed. Monitor systems and ensure timely reportingProfessional & Technical Skills:

Experience in leading IAM operations Hands-on experience in using Sailpoint IIQ Tool Hands-on experience or working knowledge in OIM Tool Knowledge of principles and practices of information security, including control and risk management concepts. Proficient with MS Office Suite IT background to help facilitate technical discussions with technical resources Understanding of ITIL concepts and processes Builds and leverage relationships to be advocates and change agents IT Metric and Measure definition experience Hands-on experience with task management tools such as ServiceNow, ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certified or knowledge of ITIL a plus
