Must have skills : Security Delivery Governance Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitating the transition to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to align security strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the cloud environment. Your role will also require you to stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:-Experience in the Security services delivery -Have good exposure on multiple domains of Cyber-security like SIEM, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability management, Endpoint Security-In-depth -Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management--Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix- Knowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security -Exp in Servide Delivery Manager experience with in-depth knowledge and practical experience with Azure AD, ADFS, IGA Tools, and PAM. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our organization's critical assets, ensuring efficient access control, and maintaining compliance with security standards. -IAM Strategy and Leadership:-Lead and mentor the IAM team, setting strategic goals and providing technical guidance.-Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.-Azure AD and ADFS Management:-Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).-Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management on Azure AD.-Privileged Access Management -Manage privileged access control through PAM solutions.-Ensure secure and controlled access to sensitive systems and data.- Access Control and Compliance:-Implement and maintain IAM solutions to regulate user access and entitlements.-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and others.-Security Incident Response:-Lead and execute incident response plans related to security incidents.-Investigate and remediate security breaches or unauthorized access attempts.-Reporting and Metrics:-Create and maintain Security team performance and compliance metrics.-Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.-Vendor and Stakeholder Management:-Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance capabilities.-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Professional & Technical Skills: -Strong knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance - Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and services, Knowledge on LDAP, ADLDS,- Deep experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP, -Able to review and recommend identity governance and compliance policies.- Strong knowledge on Privileged Remote Access - Knowledge on O365 IAM, Azure IDaaS Azure AD Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
