This includes trunk-based development, test automation, security, and modern ways of working. Your responsibilities will encompass software development, system design, and ensuring the creation of resilient, high-performing, and secure applications. Your technical leadership skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to design scalable and distributed systems. Mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with DevOps teams, and leading technical discussions will be integral to your position. Additionally, your expertise in system architecture, programming languages like Kotlin, Python, and Java, and experience with microservices architecture, event-driven and messaging systems, high availability, and fault tolerance will be vital for success in this role.
