Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to work in our team to partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view.

As an Associate in the Securities Services - Investment Information Services team, you will function as a manager and Senior SME for delivering performance reports, including attribution, contribution, ex-post/ex-ante risk. You will support client change requests and coordinate with the right stakeholders to implement technical solutions within the performance systems that meet client requirements. Additionally, you will assist with client queries directly related to reporting activity, support new client onboarding activity on behalf of the PRA team as required, and help implement controls that address the key operational risks of the team. You will also support the Team Leaders in non-BAU projects as required, coordinate with onsite Delivery Partners, and manage SLA planning for delivery and work allocation.

Job responsibilities :

  • Supporting client change requests and coordinating with right stakeholders to implement technical solutions within the performance systems that meets client requirements.
  • Assisting with client queries directly related to reporting activity.
  • Supporting new client on-boarding activity on behalf of the PRA team as required.
  • Supporting the implementation of controls that address the key operational risks of the team.
  • Supporting the Team Leaders in non-BAU projects as required
  • Coordinating with onsite Delivery Partners
  • Managing Service Level Agreement (SLA) and planning for delivery and work allocation

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills :

  • Degree level qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Finance or similar discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of financial analysis experience in financial services or a related area
  • Proven ability to effectively utilize the functionality of core applications and analyze large datasets
  • High level of proficiency in Excel with the ability to interrogate data and maintain customized client report templates
  • Experience in the funds management industry in a performance measurement, operations or accounting role
  • Demonstrated numerical ability and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets and products
