Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for secondary level social science courses. - Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies. - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Deliver effective and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. - Foster critical thinking and analytical skills among students. - Design assessments that accurately measure students' understanding and progress. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth. - Encourage active participation and class discussions. - Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to subject. - Stay informed about developments in the field of education. - Attend workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Teaching certification/licensure. - Proven experience teaching subjects at the secondary level. - Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
