Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Accounting: Maintain full-cycle accounting for multi-asset funds & SPVs. Finance & MIS Reports: Prepare monthly/quarterly finance & MIS reports for internal and investor use. Tax Filings & Compliance: Manage tax filings (Direct Tax, GST) and ensure adherence to SEBI / RBI AIF norms. Legal & Statutory Compliance: Oversee legal, secretarial, and statutory compliance for fund entities. External Audits: Coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support capital deployment and fund strategy. Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years post-qualification experience (preferably in fund accounting or financial services). Regulatory Expertise: Comfortable navigating SEBI AIF regulations, multi-asset fund accounting, GST, and Income-tax compliance. Skills: Detail-oriented, process-driven, proficient in Tally, Oracle/ERP tools, and MS Excel. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in a high-growth environment.
