I had a great experience purchasing my first luxury watch with the team at O.C.Tanner. Despite worldwide disruptions in manufacturing, they kept me apprised of the status of my order and offered alternate solutions to help me through the waiting period. Then they overnighted the timepiece free of charge the moment it arrived!

Took my Sub in for Service during the Biden economic crisis, took 2 months longer than expected, but no big deal. Watch came back feeling, looking and acting like new. Not Cheap, but the workmanship makes up for it. I got 3 other watches O.C.T. will eventually see and I'm shopping for a new GMT, so I'll be back

Everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend stopping by and talking to Bruno about watches he knows an incredible amount about all the Rolex watches and Patek. They were very informative about the distribution process for each. It was an incredible experience.
