Job Title

Role Summary

The Search Expert & Activation will be responsible for driving end-to-end search strategy and execution for Quick Commerce business. The role will focus on optimizing search visibility, ensuring smooth activation of campaigns, and enhancing customer discoverability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement search optimization strategies to improve visibility and ranking within Quick Commerce platforms.
• Manage campaign activation and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, category, and product teams to align search strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, CTR, ROAS) and recommend improvements.
• Optimize keyword targeting, content, and placement for maximum discoverability.
• Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders for campaign rollouts.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership .

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Search Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Activation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and campaign management tools.
• Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce platforms preferred.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
