About the Role:

SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive

    SEO strategies

    aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct

    technical SEO audits

    , identify issues, and work with developers to implement solutions.
  • Drive

    on-page and off-page optimization

    , including keyword research, meta optimization, internal linking, and link-building strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and UX to improve crawlability, indexability, and rankings.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns.
  • Stay updated with

    Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and industry trends

    to adapt strategies.
  • Prepare and present

    performance reports

    with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage SEO budget (if applicable) and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong in-house SEO capability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience

    with proven success in improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Deep understanding of

    technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, and mobile-first optimization

    .
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with

    CMS platforms

    (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong

    analytical skills

    and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    with ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.
  • Knowledge of

    AI-driven search (SGE), voice search, and emerging SEO trends

    is a plus.
