Job Title: SEO Executive

Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in SEO

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with hands-on experience in GMB optimization, keyword ranking, On-Page & Off-Page SEO, and website performance improvement. Candidates with experience in Google Ads will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Plan and execute On-Page SEO: meta tags, URL structure, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, etc.
• Perform Off-Page SEO activities: backlink creation, outreach, directory submissions, guest posts, social bookmarking, etc.

GMB (Google My Business) Optimization

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings.
• Improve local search ranking through category optimization, geo-tagged images, posts, reviews, and citations.
• Monitor insights and implement strategies to boost local SEO performance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor ranking performance, website analytics, and traffic trends using tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.

Content Optimization

• Guide content team with SEO-friendly topics, keywords, and guidelines.
• Optimize landing pages to improve conversion and engagement.

Google Ads (Preferred Skill)

• Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns if required.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions, and quality score.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of GMB optimization, keyword ranking, On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of technical SEO and ranking algorithms.
• Ability to create SEO strategies and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting ability.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects.
