The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in search engine optimization and a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, improving search rankings, and increasing online presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for high-performing keywords.
• Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and images to align with SEO best practices.
• Audit and enhance the technical performance of the website, addressing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
• Work with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms. Provide detailed reports on KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing their SEO strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
• Optimize the brand's local SEO presence for increased visibility in local searches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, ensuring strategies remain effective and compliant with search engine guidelines.
  

Skills

• 3+ years of advanced experience as an SEO expert in the marketing field.
• Proven success in increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving online sales.
• Experience working in the B2B SaaS ERP/CRM field is a plus.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including HTML, schema markup, and website architecture.
• Experience with managing and configuring WordPress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high proficiency in English, as the role requires advanced communication and collaboration abilities.
• Conduct SEO audits and implement fixes for page speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, and canonical issues.
