Maintain accurate export records in accordance with company and legal requirements. Support the negotiation of freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers. Monitor export performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for senior management. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to align export operations with business goals. Assist in managing export-related audits and customer inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in export operations or international logistics. Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international trade regulations. Knowledge of documentation for sea, air, and land shipments. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or export documentation systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with global markets (e.g., Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa). Knowledge of export compliance tools and platforms.
