Job Description

In this role of PeX (SDM Level), you will be required to have knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Techniques, along with being trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Your responsibilities will include gaining an in-depth understanding of client requirements, expectations, standards, and processes. You will also need to drive business impact and productivity benefits for clients by setting up baselines for new metrics, working on performance reporting, identifying areas of improvement, and working on projects to support these improvements. Furthermore, you will lead teams in managing escalations, identifying root causes, fixing issues, and ensuring the sustainability of improvements. Additionally, you will participate in Black belt/Business innovation projects/programs, run internal Lean Six Sigma projects, and assist the PeX lead in delivering high-impact Black belt projects. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or higher education degree - 8 to 12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in Process Improvement In the PeX (TM Level) role, you will also need knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Techniques, along with being trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Your responsibilities will be similar to the SDM Level role, including gaining an in-depth understanding of client requirements, expectations, standards, and processes to drive business impact and productivity benefits. You will participate in Green belt/Business innovation projects/programs, run internal Lean Six Sigma projects, and assist the PeX lead in delivering Green and Black belt projects on schedule. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or higher education degree - 6 to 10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in Process Improvement,
