Job Description

Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive test plans, designing and coding automated tests, analyzing test results, debugging issues, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. Essential skills include strong programming abilities (e.g., Java, Python), expertise with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies, and a deep understanding of software development and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Automated Test Development:
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and test suites using programming languages and tools.
Test Planning & Strategy:
Develop and implement test plans and strategies, including test cases and acceptance criteria, to cover functional and non-functional requirements.
Testing Execution:
Execute automated and manual tests for web applications, APIs, mobile applications, and backend systems.
Bug Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze test logs, identify, and debug issues, creating detailed bug reports for developers to address.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, review code, and ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
Research and integrate new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve existing processes and enhance testing efficiency.
CI/CD Integration:
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
