Job Description

Recognize, articulate, and make technical decisions / trade-offs around multiple dimensions (scaling, reliability, performance, maintenance, etc.) that have an impact on your team Design, develop, test, and debug software applications Deliver software on-time and constantly work to make accurate estimates and deliver on those estimates Familiarity with C# programming language Provide technical support of products including working with the MES MOL team for direct customer support and escalated issues Work with technical writing staff to document product behaviour and implementation details Collaborate with team members on how to approach and prioritize development efforts Understand and proactively follow team processes, documentation, best practices, and code style guides Communicate technical work through design docs and tech talks Identify areas for improvement at the program or team level in technical systems or processes, and drive resolutions in collaboration with teammates Act as an effective technical mentor for one or more junior developers, and provide technical guidance across the team.
