Job Description

Responsibilities:

Own and maintain quality of features/products, ensuring great user experience.
Define and manage quality processes, metrics, and release cycles.
Plan work by handling dependencies, prioritizing tasks, and meeting timelines.
Communicate updates on delays, changes, and sprints to stakeholders.
Lead changes by presenting logical, credible arguments.
Collaborate effectively with peers and team members.
Break down medium features into smaller testing tasks.
Find and remove bottlenecks during testing and execution.
Adapt quickly to changes and deliver solutions with limited information.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience in automation for UI, Mobile, API, Web, and Performance.
Skilled in building/customizing test automation frameworks.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Swift).
Experience testing iOS & Android apps and automating mobile tests.
Familiar with performance and non-functional testing.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, CI/CD (Jenkins), and version control (Git).
Creative in improving test coverage and effectiveness.
Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Mesos, Marathon).
