Job Description: As a Frontend Engineer specializing in React.js, your role involves: - Building responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Translating product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code. - Optimizing components for maximum speed and scalability. - Implementing reusable components and frontend architecture best practices. - Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate APIs and improve user-facing workflows. - Ensuring app stability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Required Skills: - 3-10 years of experience in React.js development. - Prior experience in product-based companies throughout your career. - Previous experience building consumer-facing (B2C) applications at scale. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and version control (Git). - Experience with UI performance optimization, caching, and modern design patterns. - Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility. As a Backend Engineer proficient in Java, Python, Golang, or Node.js, your responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and microservices. - Building scalable, high-performance systems to serve large B2C user bases. - Working with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and data stores. - Ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and security best practices. - Optimizing service performance, latency, and throughput. - Collaborating with frontend developers and product teams on new features. Required Skills: - 3-12 years of backend development experience in Java, Python, Golang, or Node.js. - Continuous work history in product-based companies only (no service/consulting). - Experience in B2C application development, high-traffic systems, and user scaling. - Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and event-driven architecture. - Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.). - Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud systems and CI/CD pipelines.
