Description
As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at GoKwik, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team to address challenges and enhance, expand, optimize, and restructure the backend architecture of our rapidly expanding product. Your responsibilities will encompass both working on our existing codebase and undertaking new projects. GoKwik fosters a dynamic engineering-centric culture where your input will have an immediate impact. You will be involved in various tasks, including writing code that is both testable and efficient, designing and implementing applications that are low-latency, highly available, and high-performing, ensuring security and data protection, developing business logic, and creating APIs and services. Additionally, you will construct reusable code and libraries for future applications. The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 1 year of development experience, hands-on proficiency in backend development utilizing Node.JS, a solid grasp of AWS, familiarity with Node.js frameworks like NESTJS (TypeScript), experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes, knowledge of server-side templating languages, expertise in Linux-based systems, and proficiency in code versioning tools like Git.
