SDE-III Backend (Java)

You should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Your proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team is highly valued. Experience in web technologies and microservices architecture, including both frontend and backend, is essential. Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, and Hibernate is required, along with knowledge of MySQL, Mongo, Solr, and Redis databases. Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is also preferred. A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms is crucial. Your excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be put to good use. Experience in API design and the ability to architect intuitive customer and third-party integrations are expected. You should be able to think and analyze both breadth-wise and depth-wise while designing and implementing services. Exceptional design and architectural skills are necessary, along with experience working with cloud providers/platforms like GCP and AWS. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop new user-facing features and collaborate with the product team to design and iterate on complex architectures. Writing clean, reusable, high-quality, and high-performance code is key. You will be encouraged to drive innovation and efficiency improvements while ensuring the productivity of processes. Training and mentoring team members, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for speed are also part of the role. Researching and applying new technologies, techniques, and best practices is expected, along with providing team mentorship and leadership.
