You will be joining a fast-growing Wealth-tech platform at 1% Club, aiming to redefine how millions of Indians manage their money. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on core systems that provide real-time applications, AI copilots, and high-speed apps. Your role will involve taking ownership of complex features from planning to deployment, optimizing web apps for performance and scalability, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Here are the key responsibilities for this role: - Develop scalable, high-performance applications using React, NextJS, and TypeScript. - Take end-to-end ownership of complex features, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Optimize web apps for speed, reliability, and scalability by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks. - Utilize NextJS features such as SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing to deliver fast, SEO-friendly pages. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless user experiences. - Own entire features end to end, including coding, unit testing, bug fixing, and documentation. - Engage in architectural discussions, contribute to the tech roadmap, and drive technical strategy. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-5 years of experience in building production-grade responsive web applications. - Strong expertise in React, NextJS, and TypeScript, with a proven track record of delivering robust features. - Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, SSR, SSG, ISR, caching, bundling, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deploying on cloud platforms. - Strong ownership mindset and a passion for the product. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Additional qualifications that would be considered a plus: - Proficiency in using AI to automate tasks and improve productivity. - Attention to detail and a product-owner mindset. - Previous experience in the FinTech industry.
