SDE II Backend

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled Backend Developers with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot or

Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. Youll be part of a dynamic, fast-

moving team, contributing to high-impact projects that directly influence the customer experience

and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java Spring Boot and

Node.js.

• Take complete ownership of assigned modules — from requirement analysis to production

deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with thorough test coverage.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Node.js frameworks.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
