As a Backend Software Development Engineer at 1% Club, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems using Golang and Typescript. - Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Breaking down complex user problems into simple, scalable backend solutions. - Taking end-to-end ownership of features, including coding, unit testing, bug fixing, and documentation. - Participating in architectural discussions, contributing to the tech roadmap, and driving technical strategy. You will be a great fit for this role if you have: - 2+ years of experience in a Backend SDE role, preferably in a fintech company. - Proficiency in GoLang and experience with other programming languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript. - Ownership mentality and a strong focus on the product. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
