Position: SDE-3 – Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using

  MERN stack

  (React/Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).
• Work as a senior contributor within the MEAN/MERN development team.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations.
  

Payment Gateway & Feature Development

• Implement and manage

  payment gateways

  such as Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal (preferred).
• Ensure secure, stable, and optimized transaction handling.
  

Architecture & Problem Solving

• Contribute to solutioning and technical decision-making for complex problem statements.
• Lead root cause analysis for critical issues and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to build scalable and maintainable systems.
  

Performance, SEO & Optimization

• Build SEO-friendly pages and optimize metadata (if working on React/Next.js front-end).
• Ensure SSR, SSG, ISR where applicable for improved performance and SEO.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams.
• Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and training.
• Take ownership of task planning, estimation, and timely delivery.
  

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in

  React.js and/or Angular (v14+)

• Expertise in

  JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS

• Experience with

  Next.js

  (SSR, SSG, ISR preferred)

Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Node.js and Express.js

• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices
• Experience working with

  MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase

Payment Gateways (Preferred)

• Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal / similar integrations
  

Additional Knowledge

• Git and version control
• Cross-browser and responsive UI development
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting & analytical skills
  

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TurboRepo, monorepos, Redis, Memcached
• Testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Supertest
• Experience with analytics tools (GTM, GA)
• Familiarity with SEO tools, Lighthouse audits
• Exposure to Docker, cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch)
• Experience with headless CMS (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity)
  

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
