SDE 1 - iOS

Responsibilities

• Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.

• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Swift code.

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

• Identify and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and crashes promptly.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.

Qualification & Skills Mandatory

• 1 3 years of hands-on experience in iOS app development.

• Proficiency in Swift (Objective-C familiarity is a plus).

• Experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture patterns.

• Solid understanding of iOS SDK and frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc

• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.

• Knowledge of multithreading (GCD, async/await) and performance optimization.

• Experience with offline storage mechanisms (eg, Core Data, Realm).

• Familiarity with camera, Bluetooth, location services, and sensors.

• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows (PRs, branching, etc).

• Good understanding of Apple s design principles and Human Interface Guidelines.

Good to Have

• Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.

• Experience with ReactNative or Flutter.

• Understanding of Dependency Injection and modular app architecture.

• Exposure to Firebase / push notifications / remote config.

• Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks (XCTest, Quick/Nimble).

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks.

• Strong communication and documentation skills
