Role Overview: As a Front-end Developer at FanCode, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement user interfaces for hybrid platforms. Your primary focus will be on writing and maintaining clean, efficient code to ensure seamless compatibility across various platforms. Embracing Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies using tools like Jest and Chai for unit testing will be a crucial part of your role. It is expected that you stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry best practices to enhance user experience on diverse front-end platforms. Your responsibilities will also encompass troubleshooting and refining the UI/UX elements to ensure optimal user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to design and deploy user interfaces for hybrid platforms. - Develop and maintain clean, efficient code to ensure compatibility across different platforms. - Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) techniques using tools like Jest and Chai for unit testing. - Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and best practices. - Assist in debugging and refining UI/UX components for enhanced user satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in web or mobile app development. - Proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Svelte, VueJS, etc.). - Understanding of core concepts including caching for app performance optimization, lighthouse metrics, SEO, UI/UX interaction, accessibility, and responsive web development. - Hands-on experience in working with RESTful APIs, with the ability to efficiently integrate and query data from servers.
