Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory to join our team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and operational technology. ### Roles and Responsibility Analyze and manage business requirements for OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA). Deliver large/medium P&U Sector specific solutions/OT (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) as well as Control Systems. Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of OT/CS knowledge and industry expertise. Perform an appropriate role in business development, including presales and practice development. Collaborate with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle. Conduct comprehensive analysis of FLISR to ensure reliable distribution system operation, suggest mitigation plans, create roadmaps & strategies, and collaborate with GIS, Network Modelling, System Planning, and Distribution control centre teams to enhance load flow accuracy. Evaluate Load flow status, streamline modelling and analysis of impacts of DERs and EVs on FLISR, carry out contingency analysis, Short Circuit analysis, Fault Location, and other reliability studies. Carry out input data validation activities for power system data sets (load profile, customer load data, equipment attributes, etc.), build Limits & Configuration settings for ADMS applications, and be familiar with FAT/SAT/UAT testing of these applications. Knowledge of Protection & Co-ordination schemes is required. Previous working experience for US Grid and Utility clients is preferred. Strong business analysis skills and command over business process design are essential. Good Business Writing and Communication skills are desired. Maintain end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence, prioritizing deliveries in conjunction with the implementation team. Adopt a proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution. Any relevant product/platform certification is a plus. ### Job Requirements Relevant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory with total experience between 6 to 10 years. Well-versed in functional concepts of business analysis with relevant knowledge in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) and Gap analysis. Expertise in OT/CS products/technologies, frameworks, business metadata management, and relevant architectural components. Ability to analyze and manage business requirements for OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA). Experience working with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle. Proactive with a solution-oriented mindset and ready to learn new technologies for client requirements. Demonstrated people management and ability to lead consultancy assignments. Result-oriented and people-focused, capable of managing a team and collaborating with Leadership for team development. Prior experience working with US Grid and Utility clients is preferred.
