You will work extensively across the full .NET stack, encompassing .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.8, to ensure compatibility and modernization where necessary. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing responsive frontend applications utilizing modern frameworks such as React.js. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining REST APIs for seamless integration with both internal and external systems. Designing solutions following Microservices architecture principles for modular and scalable deployments will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Applying MVC/MVVM design patterns to ensure maintainable and testable code will be essential. Writing comprehensive unit tests to uphold code quality and minimize regressions will play a significant role in your day-to-day activities. You will be utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and automated deployments to streamline development processes. Implementing and optimizing load balancing, caching, and performance tuning strategies to support high-scale systems will be part of your core responsibilities. Following object-oriented design and SOLID principles to architect clean and reusable code will be crucial to the success of the projects you undertake. Styling applications using CSS3, SCSS/Less, and Webpack for modern UI development will be within your skill set. Ensuring the security of applications using ASP.NET Identity, SSL/TLS, and data encryption techniques will also be a key focus area. Your proficiency in embracing Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, will be highly valued. Additionally, any knowledge in the medical domain will be considered an added advantage. You will be expected to conduct research and explore emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and maintain a modern tech stack. Effective communication in English (both written and spoken) will be necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrating team leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members in technical and professional development will be a crucial part of your role. Maintaining a flexible and proactive attitude, performing well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines will be expected. Your strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
