SCRUM Team SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 5+ years of experience (including at least 1 year in writing automation scripts with Playwright). As part of our SCRUM team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software through efficient testing practices. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications, collaborating with developers, product managers, and team members to integrate testing throughout the software development lifecycle, troubleshooting and resolving automation issues in a CI/CD environment, as well as writing and maintaining test documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess 5+ years of experience in QA, writing automated tests, and working with programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, proficiency in databases like SQL and PostgreSQL, and experience in troubleshooting automation issues in a CI/CD pipeline. Your analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills will be crucial in contributing to the overall quality strategy. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. It would be advantageous if you have experience with AWS services, familiarity with React or front-end technologies, and knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
