Scrum Master

• Must have experience of working as a Scrum Master/Agile PM for at least 10+ years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Passion and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Working experience with Agile approaches SAFe / LeSS® is required.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Awareness of PLM Applications e.g 3D Experience, Teamcenter etc for Automotive Domain.
• Must have working knowledge of DevOps principles and practices - CI/CD/Test Automation /DevOps tools.
• Should have great team leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor and motivate agile teams.
• The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches:, XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
