We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karn?taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Release Train Engineer |
Servant Leader who acts as the Agile Coach for the ART |
Facilitate the ART events, develop and coach ART processes |
Enable and ensure the teams adhere to Agile-Scrum WoW standards that includes, but not limited to, QA, DevOps and progress tracking. |
Work with Product Management and System Architects to ensure the alignment to strategy and execution of committed work. |
Prepare and facilitate all the ART events. |

Actively participate in Community of Practice for self development and implementing best practices |
Qualifications |
Minimum Qualifications |
Around 10 years of IT working experience implementing software solutions |
Proven experience in Enterprise software delivery with at least 2+ years of in delivery leadership (RTE) |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
SAFe certification for a Release train Engineer or equivalent |
