Job Title: Project Manager – Cloud Migration

Experience: 7–10 years

Location: Bengaluru/Remote, India

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a Atlassian cloud migration project. This role needs someone who understands how to run projects end-to-end, is hands-on with planning and documentation, and is comfortable working with different teams. The person should be proactive, organized, and strong in communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall project delivery for a cloud migration initiative

• Plan and manage the project from start to finish (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies)

• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and other core PM documents

• Run regular project meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-ups are closed on time

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and leadership

• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans

• Keep all project documentation organized and up to date

• Ensure work is progressing as planned and escalate issues when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably on cloud or platform migration projects

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• Very good hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking work and documentation

• Strong communication skills, clear, confident, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders

• Ability to work as a PM as well as an analyst when needed

Nice to Have

• Experience working with vendors or system integrators

• Prior experience on SaaS / Cloud migration programs

• Familiarity with change management activities
