Scrum Master

acilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear backlog priorities, refined user stories, and strong release planning. Remove impediments for the development team and foster a productive, collaborative, and self-organizing environment. Drive Agile best practices, coach team members, and ensure adherence to Scrum values and principles. Track and communicate team metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and delivery timelines to stakeholders. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure dependency management and smooth delivery. Support continuous improvement through retrospective actions, feedback loops, and process enhancements. Ensure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and delivery expectations. Facilitate effective communication between the team, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain transparency and trust.
