Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse with experience in orthopaedics to join our Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in orthopaedic surgeries and ensuring a sterile and safe environment in the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team during orthopaedic surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment.
Prepare operating rooms by ensuring that all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready.
Monitor and maintain sterile fields during surgeries, following all safety and infection control protocols.
Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
Provide post-operative care and assist in the transfer of patients post-surgery.
Ensure proper documentation of procedures, patient details, and any adverse events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Qualification:

DGNM or B.Sc. Nursing.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrub Nurse, with exposure to orthopaedic surgeries.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instruments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.

Certification:

Registered Nurse with valid nursing council registration.
